Pace Lap is a personal habit and moderation application that allows users to track habits, set personal budgets and goals, monitor progress over time, schedule optional reminders, and view information through features such as widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island on supported Apple devices.
Pace Lap is designed as a self-tracking and organizational tool to support personal awareness and moderation. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Eligibility
You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.
If you are under the age required to enter into legal agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Content
Any habits, budgets, goals, reminder schedules, notes, or other content you create within the App remain your own.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and management of the information you create and maintain within the App.

Pace Lap allows you to schedule optional reminders and notifications.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide reliable reminders, notification delivery depends on factors outside our control, including:
- iOS system behavior
- Notification permissions
- Device settings
- Battery optimization
- Focus Modes
- Device state
- Software updates
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered exactly as scheduled or at all.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and habit management.

5. Widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island
On supported Apple devices, Pace Lap may display habit information and progress through widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island.
Availability and functionality depend on your device, iOS version, Apple system behavior, and notification settings.

You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Pace Lap, including its software, branding, logos, graphics, design, and other intellectual property, is owned or licensed by 3Laps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.
