Privacy Policy

Last Lap is a personal departure checklist for iPhone. Your routines and items are stored on your device. The app also collects anonymous usage and diagnostic data so we can understand how it is used and fix problems. This policy explains what that data is and how it is handled.

Your routines and items

Everything you put into Last Lap — routines, items, times and days — is stored on your device. Nothing about your routines leaves your phone.

Deleting the app deletes the data stored by Last Lap on that device.

What we collect

Last Lap sends anonymous usage and diagnostic data to our backend, hosted by Supabase. Each record can include:

• A random anonymous ID generated when the app is first installed. It is not tied to your Apple ID or directly to your identity. The ID is stored locally and is regenerated if the app is reinstalled.
• A session ID.
• The name of the event (for example, “routine saved” or “sweep completed”) and short details about it, such as which screen was open or how long something took.
• The app version and build, the platform, the operating system version, the device model, and the time.

We do not collect your name, email address, contact details or location, and we never collect the text of your routines or items. There is no account and no sign-in.

How it is used

This data is used only to understand how the app is used, find crashes and slow spots, and improve Last Lap. It is not linked to your identity, it is not sold, and it is not shared with data brokers.

Tracking and advertising

Last Lap does not track you across other apps or websites, does not show advertising, and does not combine its data with data from other companies. It does not ask for Apple’s tracking permission because it does not track.

Services we use

The usage data described above is stored in our backend, hosted by Supabase.

We may use the following third-party services in future versions of Last Lap:

• TelemetryDeck — usage statistics
• Sentry — crash reports
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics — usage statistics and crash reports
• PostHog — usage statistics and session replays, with anything you type hidden
• RevenueCat — purchase and subscription status, without payment card or other payment details

When used, these services may receive the types of data described above as necessary for their stated purpose. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Last Lap is free. There are no in-app purchases in the current version.

Permissions

Last Lap asks for one permission: notifications.

App Store declaration

The App Store listing describes the categories of data Last Lap collects, including Identifiers, Usage Data and Diagnostics. None of this data is linked to your identity or used for tracking.

Data retention

We retain anonymous usage and diagnostic data for as long as reasonably necessary to understand usage, investigate problems and improve Last Lap. Because this data is not tied to an account or your identity, we cannot use it to identify you or provide account-level deletion of telemetry.

Children

Last Lap is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
