LastCheck support

Get in touch
Email support@3laps.com. It is read by the person who wrote the app. Expect a reply within two working days; if something is broken badly enough that you cannot use the app, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.
There is no support account to create and no ticket portal to sign into.
What helps a bug get fixed faster
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- The LastCheck version (Settings, at the bottom)
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Please do not send screenshots containing anything you would rather not share — a routine name is usually enough context.
Common questions
The nudge did not arrive
Three things, in the order worth checking:
- Notifications are allowed. Settings → Notifications → LastCheck. The nudge is sent as time-sensitive, so it can reach you through a Focus — but only if you have allowed notifications at all.
- A leave time is set on the routine. Without one there is nothing to count back from.
- The routine applies today. A routine that runs on weekdays sends nothing on Sunday. Open the routine and check the day rules.
LastCheck sends one nudge per departure by design. If you were expecting a second reminder, that is not a bug — see Why there is only one nudge.
An item should only appear on some days
Open the routine, tap the item, and set the days it applies to. Items default to every day the routine runs. This is the feature the app exists for: Tuesday’s list carries the gym bag and Wednesday’s does not.
Sync is not carrying my routines across
Sync is part of the paid version, and it uses your own iCloud account. So:
- Both devices need to be signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on.
- The subscription needs to be active on both. If you subscribed on one device, tap Restore purchases on the other.
- The first sync happens on the next launch after subscribing, not instantly.
If routines still do not appear after a launch on both devices with a network connection, email us — that one is worth investigating.
I subscribed but the paid features are missing
Open Settings inside LastCheck and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple what your Apple Account owns. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account, not to the device, so this also covers a new phone.
If it still shows as unsubscribed, check that the App Store is signed into the same Apple Account you subscribed with — a shared family iPad is the usual culprit.
Cancelling, and what happens to my data
Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or through Manage subscription in LastCheck. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Your routines, items and history stay on the device and the free app keeps working with all of them. The Live Activity and sync stop; the checklist does not.
Deleting everything
Delete the app. Everything it stores goes with it. If you had sync on and want the iCloud copy gone too, delete LastCheck’s data in Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. There is no copy on any 3laps server to ask us about — see the privacy policy.
Why there is only one nudge
Because a barrage is how a helpful app turns into one you mute. LastCheck sends one notification a little before you need to leave, at a lead time you choose per routine, and never escalates. If you want it earlier, change the lead time in the routine rather than waiting for a second alert that is not coming.
Why “Out the door” works with items unchecked
Because leaving imperfectly is normal life. The app tells you plainly what is still open and lets you go. There is no streak to break and nothing to lose by using it on a bad morning — that is the entire design.
Requirements
LastCheck runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The Live Activity needs a device that supports Live Activities; the Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets need iOS 17 for interactive checking.
Something else
If your question is not here, email support@3laps.com. Feature requests are welcome and are read even when the answer is no — the app is deliberately small, and staying that way means turning down good ideas.
